Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all returns.

Personalized or custom‑made items (if applicable).

Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by URBIONIC.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Return shipping and fees

Free return shipping: URBIONIC covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

No restocking fees: You will not be charged any restocking fee for approved returns.

There are currently no final sale items; however, URBIONIC reserves the right to mark certain items as final sale in the future, in which case this will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
4. How to start a return
To start a return:

Contact our support team at Support@URBIONIC.Shop or call +1 (854) 239‑8901 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pack the item(s) securely and attach the provided return label to the package.

Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on the label.

5. Inspection and approval

After URBIONIC receives your return, the item(s) will be inspected to confirm they meet the return conditions described above.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are generally non‑refundable, unless the return is due to an error by URBIONIC (such as a wrong or defective item).
7. Exchanges

URBIONIC does not guarantee direct exchanges due to changing stock levels.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, the fastest way is to complete a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact URBIONIC within 7 days of delivery at Support@URBIONIC.Shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

URBIONIC will arrange a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

URBIONIC ships internationally to many countries via Economy International, DHL Express (discounted rates), and USPS (discounted rates).

Return eligibility for international orders follows the same 30‑day policy and free return shipping where available.
