Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by URBIONIC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for purchases made through our online store.

 


1. Shipping origins

All orders are processed and shipped from our main fulfillment location:

Processing times are separate from the transit times listed below and may be affected by order volume, verification, and product availability.

 


2. Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  •  

  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  •  

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  •  

If any items are out of stock or delayed, you will be notified by email with your options.

 


3. Domestic shipping (United States)

URBIONIC currently ships domestically within the United States with the following options and estimated transit times:

 

  • Economy (5 to 8 business days)

    • Free for eligible orders (per your store settings).

    • For orders 0 lb–5 lb: shipping may be charged at $4.90 if applicable.

    • For orders 5 lb–70 lb: shipping may be charged at $19.90 if applicable.

  • Standard (3 to 4 business days)

    • For orders 0 lb–1 lb: $6.90.

    • For orders 1 lb–5 lb: $9.90.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors may extend delivery times and are outside of our control.

 


4. International shipping

URBIONIC offers international shipping to the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and many additional countries, using Economy International and express carrier services.

 

  • Economy International (6 to 18 business days)

    • Available to a wide range of countries (over 200).

    • May be free for eligible orders, according to your store’s shipping rules.

  • DHL Express (discounted rates from Shopify)

    • Calculated transit time, typically faster than economy options.

    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and current carrier pricing.

    • Supports prepaid duties where available.

  • USPS (discounted rates from Shopify)

    • Multiple services with calculated transit times.

    • Rates are calculated at checkout.

Transit times for international shipments are estimates only and do not include customs processing times in the destination country.

 


5. Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority.

  •  

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout (for example, when duties are prepaid via DHL Express).

  •  

  • URBIONIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for additional charges once the package has left the United States.

  •  

Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing an order.

 


6. Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  •  

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your package.

  •  

If you have not received a tracking email within a reasonable time after your order is processed, contact us at Support@URBIONIC.Shop.

 


7. Incorrect address and delivery issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  •  

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may contact you to reship the order; additional shipping charges may apply.

  •  

  • URBIONIC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  •  

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office and then contact us for assistance.

 


8. Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

  •  

  • If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and items and contact us within a reasonable time with photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim where applicable.

  •  

  • Final resolution for lost or damaged packages may depend on the carrier’s investigation and policies.

  •  


9. Split shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels (for example, due to product availability or weight limits).

  •  

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment if your order is split.

  •  

Any additional shipping costs for split shipments will be indicated at checkout or communicated to you before fulfillment.

 


10. Changes and cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to change the shipping address, shipping method, or contents if the order has already entered processing or shipped.

  •  

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@URBIONIC.Shop with your order number.

  •  

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is submitted, but we will do our best to assist.
